Melodies of the Meadow

At one of India’s premier thoroughbred stud farms, as the sun gently rose and lit up the horizon, I began my morning rounds as the resident veterinary officer. The paddocks stretched out before me, wrapped in a quiet calm, when suddenly my eyes met a scene of pure beauty. A graceful grey mare grazed peacefully in the lush green field, while two white egrets stood close by, their soft feathers shining against her strong form.

For a moment, time seemed to pause. The sight was simple, yet filled with harmony and grace—a meeting of horse, bird, and nature in perfect balance. The photographer in me awoke, urging me to capture what I saw so that the moment would never be lost.
